stabilization . in the filling process, barrel soon after washing transport  to covey barrel screw.
The covey barrel screw apart the barrel equality to star-wheel. The star-wheel guide the
barrel to filling program.  When the filling cylinder meet up with journey change,  cylinder moves
down to open filling valve.  Filling valve start off to fill. Following filling , cylinder fulfill with journey
swap again and shift up. Filling valve near. The barrel following filling export by star-wheel.
